Mr. & Mrs. Watson is a fantastic vegan restaurant that offers traditional comfort food with a vegan twist. Although it serves dinner and lunch, the real show stoppers are the desserts. From tiramisu to brownies to pies, there is a sweet treat for everyone just waiting to be devoured. However, the real star at Mr. & Mrs. Watson is the cheesecake! It has a salted dark chocolate base, topped with one white chocolate layer and blueberry filling and is finished off with a caramel swirl. This sweet is to die for and you can hardly believe it’s vegan.

Hearth Amsterdam
Hearth Amsterdam is a vegan hotspot with a creative twist. This gem was created based on a shared love for heart & earth. Here you will find some amazing vegan options and an even more fantastic interior. There are tons of wooden and earthy elements and even swings as a seating area. The only dessert they have is a vegan tiramisu; however, it comes in six different variations, and it is worth the trip alone! If you are a tiramisu lover than you must go to Hearth.

Koffie Ende Koeck
Koffie Ende Koeck is a fabulous Amsterdam café that boasts a wide variety of vegan sweets. In fact, everything in-store is not only 100% vegan, but also organic. This dessert shop is best known for its cinnamon rolls and a wide variety of vegan cakes that change daily! The cakes here are made using natural botanicals instead of using artificial flavors and colors, and taste out of this world! The cookie butter & cream cake is a fan favorite that you’ll need to try for yourself.

The Meets
The Meets is a new vegan hot spot in De Pijp that offers meals, coffee, and of course, vegan sweets! Not only does The Meets have a great animal-free dessert menu, but they also offer sugar and gluten-free cakes too! Two desserts I particularly enjoyed were the matcha tart and the chocolate mousse. While the desserts are amazing, this is also the perfect place to meet friends and split some appies or catch up over a meal. Come hungry!

Beter & Leuk Amsterdam
Beter & Leuk is a quaint restaurant and café as well as an indie concept store. Here you’ll find lunch, high tea, and a variety of vegan treats. All the desserts are completely natural and void of artificial colors and flavors, making them a guilt-free indulgence. The charming interior is completely decorated with upcycled and vintage items, making it a very inspiring place that is nice to sit in and reflect.

Vegabond
Vegabond is a lovely restaurant in Amsterdam that is entirely plant-based. It is located in an extremely cute area and not only offers food and desserts, but also an entirely vegan shopping experience. For desserts at Vegabond you will find some of the most delicious natural vegan cupcakes you’ve ever tasted, plus a delightful raw snickers bar that will blow your mind.

Deer Mama Vegan Mylk & Burger Bar
Deer Mama is actually a burger bar but hear me out. It is 100% vegan and has tons of food and sweet offerings. The dessert at Deer Mama is different than the dessert at the other restaurants because of their eclectic offerings. Here you can get cupcakes, donuts, cookies, creamy vegan soft serve, and huge (milk-free) milkshakes! This restaurant is a sweet lovers dream, and the interior is just as satisfying as the food.
