This is super helpful. I am going to Bali soon. My hotel can arrange a pick from the airport to Canggu for IDR 250,000 but I was not sure if this is a fair price. I was in Bali at the beginning of 2017 and we used Uber then. It was so cheap, we felt it was almost for free but even then, at times, some of Uber cars would not pick us up from a hotel. Love how clearly you explained the various option. I feel like I should set myself a challenge and hunt for a ‘real’ Blue Bird driver just to check if I can find one 🙂 Cheers.
